Using Sliced
You may use Sliced for personal golf tracking and its community features. You must provide accurate account information, keep your login secure and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Community conduct
Do not impersonate others, harass players, manipulate scores or verification, upload unlawful or harmful material, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service or use Sliced to send spam. We may restrict or remove accounts or content that put players or the service at risk.
Your content
You retain ownership of information and photographs you add. You give Sliced a limited permission to host, process and display that content only as needed to operate the service and according to your profile visibility. You confirm that you have the right to upload it.
Golf scores and handicaps
Sliced statistics, recommendations and handicap calculations are informational. A Sliced Handicap is not an official Handicap Index issued by an authorised golf association and may omit adjustments applied by official bodies. Tournament organisers and golf clubs remain responsible for their own eligibility and scoring decisions.
Availability
Sliced is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change and interruptions can occur, including through third-party course, map, weather, authentication or hosting services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sliced is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Ending your account
You may stop using Sliced or permanently delete your account through Settings. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or serious breaches of these terms.
Contact and applicable rights
Questions can be sent to support@slicedgolf.co.uk. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Applicable law and jurisdiction will follow mandatory consumer-protection rules where you live.
